RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

How To Return An Item

  1. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10-days of purchase. 
  2. Please email rma@y-clad.com to request a refund and we will assign you a return (RMA) number.
  3. Mail your returned item to: Y-CLAD INC. Returns Department RMA# 122 E. 57th Street, Mailbox #3 New York, NY 10022.

Include in your package the completed and signed return form and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions 

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include earrings and any worn merchandise.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee with the exception of merchandise defects; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your jewelry item is in its original package, unused and returned within the 10-day grace period you may exchange your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, and you will not have to pay return shipping.

If your clothing item is in new condition with tags intact, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10- additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our RMA department (rma@y-clad.com)
  2. Once approved an email will be forwarded with your RMA number, shipping label and return/exchange instructions.
  3. Place items in its original packaging and print out shipping label.
  4. Attach shipping label to box and ship
  5. Y-CLAD will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed.
